Loyalty Fatigue

If you've been with the same firm for years, it's natural to feel a sense of loyalty.

However, what Mindy calls "loyalty fatigue" can often indicate that you've evolved beyond what your environment can offer.

As advisors, we should always ask ourselves if we're still in a place that empowers us to do our best work.

Sometimes, that sense of stagnation is a signal that it's time to explore what else might be out there to better serve both ourselves and our clients.
