  • No Compensation Provided - Clients are not compensated for their feedback, ensuring genuine and unbiased testimonials.
  • Complete Rating Transparency - All star ratings are included in the overall average displayed on our website. We do not selectively include or exclude specific ratings.
  • Comment Moderation - While we strive to publish all client comments, some reviews may be withheld if they contain inappropriate content (outlined in our Exclusion Criteria).

Exclusion Criteria

We are committed to publishing client feedback, regardless of sentiment (positive or critical), but will not publish reviews that contain:
  • Inappropriate or offensive content - Includes libelous, abusive, or discriminatory language.
  • Unintelligible or irrelevant statements - Feedback that lacks clarity or does not pertain to our services.
  • Non-client submissions - Comments must come from verified clients who have worked with Pareto Systems.

As a coaching and consulting firm, Pareto Systems does not provide financial advice, meaning we are not subject to SEC and compliance regulations that financial advisors must follow when publishing client testimonials. However, many of our advisor clients are bound by these rules.
