Colette Wagner is the Office Manager at Pareto Systems, where she oversees bookkeeping, purchasing, and a wide range of administrative and operational responsibilities that help keep the organization running smoothly. She has been with Pareto Systems since 2011 and brings more than 16 years of prior experience in office management and administration.

Throughout her career, Colette has focused on continuously expanding her knowledge and skillset, developing experience across accounting systems, point-of-sale services, and various operational platforms. Known for her reliability, organization, and willingness to take on new challenges, she plays an important behind-the-scenes role supporting both the team and day-to-day business operations at Pareto.

Outside of work, Colette is passionate about giving back to her community through volunteer work and local initiatives. She is actively involved with organizations such as the Okanagan Forest Task Force, a group focused on protecting forests and natural waterways from illegal dumping, and Packman Opens Hearts in Vernon, an organization dedicated to supporting and raising awareness for individuals experiencing life on the streets.
