Elaine Christakos is a senior level results-oriented professional and strategist with two decades of management and coaching experience in the financial services sector. She has designed and implemented successful and proven practice management and relationship management training programs.
As a new financial advisor 20 years ago, Elaine attended a seminar led by Duncan MacPherson. All concepts presented resonated. Excited by the new and innovative processes of success, and the new understanding of Pareto's loyalty ladder, she purchased the original Turn-Key Marketing Program from Duncan. This was a binder with a series of cassettes (yes, the highest of current technology - cassettes).
This program shaped her growth as a financial professional. As her firm and branch evolved, she was asked to take on management of the branch. She presented Pareto concepts to her advisors quickly grew from a marginal branch office, to a successful award-winning branch. She then began to teach the concepts to others in the firm, and soon was coaching and training all other branch managers and top advisors. From there, Elaine became an independent coach for elite advisors.
