Through her work experience with some of the most respected and customer-servicedriven companies, including the Walt Disney Company, American Express and Abbott Laboratories, Bridget has gained tremendous insight into what comprises great teams and processes. Additionally, Bridget's recent experience as a Financial Advisor gave her a glimpse into the world of Pareto Systems from a client perspective, where she used Pareto Systems books and materials to create systems for her business. Pareto Systems had such an impact on her that she decided to leave financial planning to become a Certified Pareto Coach. Now, Bridget uses her passion for coaching, sales and system development to help others bring their businesses to the next level.

Bridget enjoys "lake life" in Minnesota with her family, which includes her husband of 20 years and their two thirteen-year-old children. She enjoys boating, water sports, cooking and entertaining with friends and family. With the late Anthony Bourdain as her travel inspiration, Bridget has a deep love of international travel and all the cultural experiences that come with it.
