Aaron Grady brings more than 14 years of Financial Service Industry experience to his Business Refinement Coaching & Consulting approach, with an extensive background working with Individual Advisors and Advisory Firms to develop, design, and deploy strategies & processes to drive growth, scalability, and enterprise value. He is an analytical and a process-driven thinker who effectively partners with Advisors and Advisory Firms to assess opportunities, facilitate strategic decisions, and drive successful implementations.
He also spent many years training, leading and coaching brokerage sales teams. It was in this environment where he developed a keen joy for building a collaborative environment and meaningful relationships with the firms he partners with. This time spent leading sales teams also helped him become particularly skilled at group facilitation, making the complex understandable, and forging consensus among people with diverging ideas and opinions.
Aaron attended both Florida State University and University of Missouri Kansas City, where he studied Biochemistry. It was his original intent to study medicine and specialize as an Anesthesiologist. But as life would have it, Aaron found a passion for sales and for sales leadership both in Technology, and Financial Services. Aaron's sales leadership roles allowed him to identify and foster his innate ability to communicate, teach and to consult.
